HOZUMA’s strap is made using the technique of traditional Japanese craft, “Kumihimo (組み紐)”. it’s a traditional Japanese art form of making braids and cords.
The samurai were the warriors of premodern Japan. They were supposed to lead their lives according to the ethic code of bushido (“the way of the warrior”). Strongly Confucian in nature, bushido stressed concepts such as loyalty to one’s master, self discipline and respectful, ethical behavior.
We braided them in the spirit of Japanese samurai ,it’s about eight virtues bushido .Righteousness , Courage, Compassion, Respect, Honesty, Honour, Loyalty .

It’s a flat, soft camera strap.
The ring conection part is sewing with the leather，it is best to match the color you prefer with the leather you are making the Kumihimo with.
